Burr and Burton Academy

Burr and Burton Academy is currently a private, co-educational boarding school in Manchester, Vermont, United States. When it was established in 1829, Burr and Burton was a boarding institution that prepared young men for the ministry. Pictured here is the building that Pearson describes, which had just been built the year prior.
